Rebellions of 1837: something to be said about learning through song.

Hey everyone I'm sure we'll have some more to post on here once we figure out what we dont have time for but this "Lower Canada Rebellion Rap" was too good not to share with you right now.

My initial reaction was why were my teachers not "with it" enough to share this me.

The song raises interesting questions about educational techniques. I am also impressed by how much of the historical story they were able to convey in verse.

Another point to be made is the Patriote centric nature of this Anglo rap. But I suppose they were the most "gangsterish" characters of the Canadian historical story.
